Return and Refund Policy
Our return & refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If anything goes wrong with your product, we’ll replace it for up to a year after purchase, please see the warranty page for details.
The customer is entitled to return the goods within 14 days from delivery on the following conditions:
– Returns will only be accepted if the customer has written consent from The Happy Willy Company before the goods are returned. Please contact us by email at email@example.com
Once you have submitted the product return, you will be notified by e-mail with the next steps and to acknowledge your return has been accepted.
– A FREEPOST returns label will be provided to you immediately upon request.
– The goods must be returned in original packaging to ensure that they are returned without any damage and received in the same condition as when delivered. Please note that we will not cover any damages caused by a customer nor we will cover transport damages on returned products caused by the customer’s transport company.
– We also highly recommend obtaining a FREE proof of postage at the post office when you send your return, just in case it is lost in transit or there is an issue with us receive it back at the warehouse. Please hold on to this until we’ve processed your refund or replacement
– The Happy Willy Company reserves the right to charge a restocking charge for products that are being returned due to misorder by the customer.
– If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met, then we reserve the right to return the goods to you. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
– Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and to be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods and items are exempt from being returned.
– Gift cards
– Some health and personal care products
Please do not send the products you have ordered back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and accepted, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund was approved or rejected.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your method of payment, within 14 days.
If your return is rejected, the item will be sent back to you.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, recheck your bank account.
Next contact your credit card company or bank, it can take up to 7 days before your refund is officially shown in your account.

Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
If the item were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’d receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he will find out about your return.
You have the right to cancel your order for a full refund. The Happy Willy Company work on a same day dispatch system, so please try, and cancel your order on the same day as ordering to avoid the inconvenience of returning your order.
CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
If you wish to change your order in any way, please let us know as soon as possible so that we do not incur unnecessary costs. Please note that changing your order after dispatch may incur additional costs.
